Testing and Inspection Systems (In-Situ & In-Process & Final)
In a manufacturing line, testing and inspection can be performed at various stages. It can be an in-situ testing & inspection system which is installed into the machinery that is producing parts or products, it can be an in-process testing or inspection system that monitors production at certain intervals prior to completion, or it can be a final testing and inspection system that tests and inspects finished products. Setting up in-situ and in-process test and inspection points on a manufacturing line can offer great advantages by detecting and sorting out defective components, parts and products before further labor & materials are invested into them. The earlier the detection and segregation of defective parts and products along a production line, the less costly it is for a manufacturing operation. We have a multidisciplinary team of engineers experienced in testing of materials at atomic and molecular levels using analytical equipment as well as building automated test and inspection equipment to test finished products for scratches, cracks, misalignment, discoloration…etc.
